WIFI Service is monitored 24/7/365.  Your location is just a short hop to good old California Fiber.

Paid WIFI requires that you have some technical capability with the devices you wish to connect to our network.  We are sorry we cannot provide direct assistance with your individual devices.  If you experience difficulties with your device, the troubleshooting steps below often resolve reported issues. 

While WIFI Service is provided as-is, with no warranty, we will honor most reasonable refund requests (if a lot of data has not been used).  You can request a refund using the form below.

TROUBLESHOOTING

IF YOU ARE HAVING CONNECTION OF AUTHENTICATION ISSUES: 

iPhone, iPad, iPod

  • Go to Settings > Wi-Fi.
  • Tap next to the Wi-Fi network that you want your device to forget.
  • Tap Forget This Network, then tap Forget to confirm
  • Reboot Device
 

Android Mobile

  • From the home screen, choose Settings.
  • In the settings menu, choose Wi-Fi.
  • Press and hold the Wi-Fi network to be removed, and then choose Forget.
  • Reboot Device
 
Desktop Mac
  • At the top of your screen, click the Wi-Fi symbol and then select Open Network Preferences.
  • In the lower right, choose Advanced.
  • Under “Preferred Networks”, select the Wi-Fi network to be removed.
  • Click – (the minus sign) to forget the network.  Click OK.
  • Reboot Device
 

Desktop Windows 10

  • At the bottom right in the system tray, click the network icon and choose Network & Internet settings.
  • Click Manage Wi-Fi settings.
  • Under “Manage known networks”, select the Wi-Fi network to be removed.
  • Click Forget.
  • Reboot Device


CAN'T LOAD PAYMENT OR AUTHENTICATION SCREEN

  1. Connect to KOA-WIFI or PAID-WIFI and then immediately 
  2. Enter HTTP://8.8.8.8/ (not https) in the address bar of your device’s web browser.  The browser will display the payment or login screens.


FORGOT PASSWORD

  1. Connect to KOA-WIFI and choose “Already Paid”
  2. Click “Forgot Password”

TO REQUEST A REFUND

Refunds will be prorated or denied if significant bandwidth is consumed.  Refunds will be processed within 2-5 business days.
