The work
Field work
Field technicians install and repair the radios, antennas, and cabling that connect homes on the coast. Most days are on the road, at a subscriber’s property or on a tower, in Mendocino County and northern Sonoma County. This is not remote work. The job is hourly W2, with paid training and the equipment the work requires.
Customer Success
Customer success is who subscribers reach by phone, text, or email. You help people get online, sort out problems, and send the field team when a visit is needed. The work is from home, for people who live in Mendocino County or northern Sonoma County. The job is hourly W2, and we provide the computer.
