Our service works by achieving a clear line-of-sight between our subscribers’ locations and our relays. These are located at various points across the landscape, meaning that obstructions due to vegetation or landscape can diminish or block our signal. Because of the heavy tree cover around some houses, we sometimes need to install our dish high up in a nearby tree.
We call this performing a Tree Installation. We are leaders in locating network equipment in trees and are highly successful in doing so. Tree Installations are performed by a Professional Tree Installer (tree climber) and Field Technician who are certified and safety trained to work in tandem to perform work at heights.
